B) Or you do your class & pool sessions at home with your local dive center/instructor and save the best for last your 4 Open Water Dives in crystal clear waters and great visibility and fabulous reefs. (called a "referral training" in diving terms)

PADI BUBBLEMAKER

pre-requisites:
children of 8 years of age or above

course description:
Celebrate a birthday by throwing a memorable, exciting Bubblemaker partywith friends and family at your local PRO DIVE MEXICO dive shop or resort.
It’s fun, easy and safe. 
Youngsters can join in the family fun of scuba diving or even start a trend!
Children should be comfortable in the water, but they don’t have to be super swimmers.
With youngsters in mind, the maximum depth is only 2 meters/ 6 feet.

PADI Discover Scuba Diving (Resort Course)

pre-requisites:
  • Minimum age 10 years.

course description:
There is nothing like breathing underwater for the
very first time! It takes a little time getting used to it,
but after a few minutes of awestruck wonder, most participants realize how easy scuba diving really is.

The biggest challenge instructors have with the Discover Scuba Diving program is not coaxing participants into the water, but coaxing them out when the program is over.
Quick introduction, then fun pool sessions discovering how it works, and best for last.....Open Water boat dive with our Instructor at one of the fabulous reefs....


what will you learn:
  • Usage of scuba equipment and moving around.
  • Find out what it’s like to breathe underwater!
  • Some basic skills and safety rules that will carry over to your full scuba certification course when you take the next step.

PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver

pre-requisites:
Minimum age 15 years
Minimum age 10 years (Jr. OWD)

course description:

This is the PADI entry level scuba qualification.
Completion of this course entitles you to dive independently with your buddy within conditions you have experienced in familiar sites.
You will participate in five theory sessions, five pool sessions and four open water dives. After the course you may continue to dive under similar or better conditions than those you have experienced independently from professional supervision to a depth of 18m. There are many exciting adventure dives, specialties and courses you may participate in after achieving this qualification.

  • How to prevent and manage problems.
  • During confined water dives learn basic scuba skills.

PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver Referral

pre-requisites:
  • Bring the original referral forms from your local dive center
  • All students must fill in a PADI Medical Questionnaire prior to participation.
  • Minimum age is 10.
    ( Children younger than 15 will be awarded the PADI Junior Open Water certification)
Discover Scuba

course description:

The PADI Open Water Referral course is the open water training dive part of the full PADI Open Water course, assuming that you've already fully completed your Knowledge Development and confined water dives within the last 12 months.
Usually our guests have started their knowledge development and confined water with a certified PADI center in their home town, only missing the 4 open water dives.
Saving the best part for their holidays in Mexico wich is incredible, blue waters, great marine life and spectacular visibility.
Our staff will pre-view your knowledge with a poolcheck of 20 minutes and take you out to some of our great local reefs
. 4 Open water dives and equipment included.

PADI (Junior) National Geographic OWD

Join an elite group of divers who are more than tourists, but explorers, adventurers and conservationists.
The PADI National Geographic Open water Diver training is an extension of the standard PADI OWD training.

This is the opportunity to participate in an environment awareness training.
You'll learn to observe and explore like an underwater scientist.
Practicing marine information-gathering techniques and heightening dive navigation skills further increases your ability to explore and take critical note of each dive site you choose to visit.
You'll be much more aware of navigation techniques by using compasses and also natural navigation points.
Your enhanced knowledge and skill level makes your and other National Geographic Divers true stewards and ambassadors for the underwater world.
This course comes with a luxury leather logbook binder with national geographic almanac plus DVD.
