Puerto Aventuras, Mexico has many small water channels with sail boats, power boats. Condominiums surrounded by a beautiful 36 par jungle golf course, which was designed in 1991 by Thomas Leman and is still one of the best kept secrets on the Riviera Maya, Mexico.
Right in the hart of Puerto Aventuras sits the publicly accessable Dolphin Discovery facility and is built on a lush, tropical island in the middle of a lagoon that is home to our dolphins

Pro Dive Mexico started out in this little village and soon expanded to other parts of Mexico. But still this is our "home town". You will see our red dive boats with yellow logo and multilingual scuba staff departure 4 times per day, right next to the Catalonia & Dreams resorts. We arebased in the most luxury Puerto Aventuras hotels.
Our local dive sites range from shallow reef dives (40´) to deeper wall and canyon dives (100´) We offer four daily dive trips to over a dozen different dive sites, all within a very short boat ride. making this the perfect spot for dive groups to do multiple dives per day.

Names like Castillo, Grouper canyon and Universidad are known reef names in the area of Puerto Aventuras, and we have dive packages already starting at US$38 per dive.

:: Discover Scuba Diving, Puerto Aventuras, Mexico
Puerto Aventuras is also a great place to start your PADI training. We have daily PADI courses, but also scuba try-outs at several resorts. Please sign up for a Discover Scuba Dive. It takes only 1 day and we start with a pool sessions and after this take you out hand in hand to one of the local dive sites. Take the first step into this great sport!
Our profesional instructors will take you out to one of the above mentioned reefs. It's fun and easy and not expensive!
:: Cenotes (Caverns) (2-tank dives, 3 quarter of a day)
Puerto Aventuras is also very, very close to the largest fresh water system of the world. It's truly unique!!
You must have seen this, as we also have snorkel excursions to these ancient, majestical places. The ancient Mayans used these fresh water caverns a long time ago, but still there are new ones discovered.
The Mexican Cenotes have the reputation of being one the worlds finest fresh water caverns.
We are fortunate to have some of the very best right at our door steps. After a short drive into
the jungle we encounter crystal clear water (visibility above 150´) and incredible limestone
formations - all immersed in a magical play of sunlight.
The Cenotes are large and cathedral like;
we dive in small groups of 4 divers.We have daily departures and these are always 2 tank dives.
:: Tulum Ruins (3 quarters of a day)
Our dive center staff will be happy to arrange this day excursion for you. It's about 25 minutes from Puerto Aventuras and
the only Mayan temple build right at the azure blue Caribbean sea.
We also combine this tour with the above mentioned cenote snorkeling excursion.
This is also one of our most asked excursions, as a visit to the Maya Ruins can be very hot during the summer. So after the Tulum ruins excursion you will be taken to Dos Ojos or Chac Mool cenotes for a refreshing dip, and some nice snorkeling and a small lunch inside the jungle settings.
